Full job description

This Position is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.

Main Duties:

Course identification and facilitation
Identifying training needs of personnel through review of training matrices.
Co-ordinating course bookings for the crew working in conjunction with QHSE, HR Administrator and the Rig management team.
Ensuring bookings are undertaken in line with the training budgets and meet the essential training requirements.
Having responsibility for the training matrix and advising QHSE and Supervisors / Manager when mandatory courses are scheduled.
Confirming training requirements with the individual crew members.
Liaison with H&S & HR Administration on mandatory certification requirements for crews and scheduling of courses e.g.: IWCF.
Booking of Flights, hotels & transport where necessary to attend courses.
Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed i.e. requisitions, training matrices, training certificates uploaded into the SHEQM filing system.
Develop and monitor approved training providers register, including due diligence on training providers.
Responsible for maintaining accurate HSE statistics

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Clay Cross South S45: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Administration: 2 years (required)
Organisational skills: 2 years (required)
Data entry: 2 years (required)
Multitasking: 2 years (required)

Language:

English (required)

Licence/Certification:

Drivers (required)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required)
