Sales Executive – Windows, Doors & Conservatories

Location: Norfolk and surrounding areas

Job Type: Self-Employed

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Self-Employed Sales Executive to join our growing home improvement business. You'll visit pre-qualified customer appointments, understand their requirements, measure where required, recommend suitable products, and provide quotations for high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and other home improvement products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and closing sales while benefiting from uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

Attend customer appointments generated through company enquiries.
Conduct professional in-home consultations.
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Measure openings accurately where required.
Prepare and present quotations.
Explain product features, specifications, guarantees and finance options (where applicable).
Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Liaise with the office and survey teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Keep accurate records of customer visits and sales activity.

Requirements

Previous experience selling windows, doors, conservatories or other home improvement products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Professional, friendly and trustworthy approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Good IT skills and ability to use tablets or laptops for quotations.
