Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Team Member to join our administrative team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong mathematical skills , computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a positive attitude to help keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to assist clients and team members effectively
Dealing with multiple couriers and platforms + sameday vehicles
Dealing with freight globally
Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
Support administrative functions such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to ensure compliance
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities to optimize workflow
Handle basic clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies inventory
Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and streamline daily operations
Ensure a welcoming environment for visitors by greeting them courteously and directing them appropriatelyExperience
Managing high volume of invoices and data entry
Strong problem solving skills
Previous office experience or administrative support role preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
