Full job description

Experienced, well-organised, self-employed accounts and admin assistant required 2 days/15 hours per week in person for a busy property group. Providing book-keeping services, including MTD VAT returns, and monthly reporting using Xero, and administrative support to the Managing Director's office.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with multiple companies’ accounts, be thorough, accurate and reliable, self-motivated, and confident to ask for help if required. Proficiency in Xero, Excel and Word essential.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, bank transactions, bank and inter-co reconciliations, monthly/quarterly MTD VAT returns, reporting using Xero, setting up contacts in Xero, data entry, filing, document management, answering phone calls, managing office supplies and place orders when necessary, organising meetings, supporting Managing Director's office with varied admin tasks as needed.

This is a fully office-based role. You will be expected to commute to Great Shelford, Cambridge.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00-£21.00 per hour
