Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic and welcoming venue! Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
Take orders from guests, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular beverages or specials
Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
A friendly, energetic attitude that creates a lively atmosphere for all patrons
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
