Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will support daily business operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help enhance efficiency, improve office processes, and contribute to a positive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting a thriving organization committed to excellence.

Duties

Manage and organize supplies, equipment, and documentation to ensure operational readiness
Assist with data entry tasks using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel , and in house Software system to maintain accurate records
Support scheduling and calendar management for teams and events
Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate seamless information flow and project progress
Contribute to administrative projects by maintaining organized files and updating databases efficiently.
Support with organising transport, logistics and couriers
Assist with health & safety duties, managing inspection schedules and maintaining a safe work environment.
Provide assistance with managing the companies sustainability duties and records.
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data entry techniques
Strong typing skills for efficient document creation and data input
Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating reliability and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools or processes while maintaining high accuracy standards
