Full job description

JW Homes is a well-established, family-run estate agency based in Blackwood, and we're looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload. You'll be supporting the lettings team with the day-to-day administration of our property portfolio while providing a professional service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork.
Processing tenancy applications and referencing.
Managing tenancy files and compliance documentation.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors by phone and email.
Updating property records and maintaining accurate files.
Providing general administrative support to the lettings team.
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a lettings administration or similar property role.
Rent Smart Wales Licence.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Desirable

Experience using the Agent OS CRM or ALTO systems is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
