Overview

Techneopro is a small manufacturing company in Lostwithiel that specialises in manufacturing neoprene products. We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team.

Responsibilities

A key part of neoprene product manufacture is product gluing. This requires careful glue application with a brush before forming the product shapes.
Attention to detail is essential to create high-quality products.
Conduct routine inspections of products during the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential
The role requires careful use of your hands to build high-quality products consistently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during production processes
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods throughout shifts
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Working hours: 36.5 hours per week7.30am – 4.30pm (Mon, Tues & Thurs), 7.30am – 5.00pm (Weds) and 7.30am -12.00pm (Friday)
