Full job description

Job Overview

We are hiring a SEO Executive join our team of SEO specialists in delivering exceptional SEO for a range of local, national and international clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEO executive who can take a clear strategic approach to creating campaigns that drive results to help our clients achieve their targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day optimization, including rankings, on-page SEO and performance checks.
Data-driven mindset to report on performance and create strategies out of the numbers
Conduct keyword research, competitors analysis, and on-page SEO optimisation to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Deliver SEO-driven and engaging relevant content (including copywriting and proofreading)
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues and recommend fixes.
Monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and overall SEO performance, including attending regular client meetings.
Proficient in relevant SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) and Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics and Search Console)
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
Solid understanding of Google Algorithm factors and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
1 + years SEO experience. A background in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential.
Experience with SEO reporting.
Experience with project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great analytical & research skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

Essential experience required in the following platforms:

Google Analytics
SEMRush
Screaming Frog
AHRefs

Remuneration:

£26k to £27k salary per annum (Depending on experience).
Full time – 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Benefits:

28 days paid annual leave per annum (including Bank Holidays).
3 days paid leave during the Christmas and New Year shutdown.
A paid day off for your Birthday (to be taken with in your Birthday month).
