Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately, ensuring all orders meet quality standards and food safety regulations
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and adherence to safety policies
Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with basic math skills
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and alcohol service

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and inventory purposes
Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Ability to work well under pressure when venue is busy
