Nail Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, BIAB. Your expertise in nail art will enhance the overall experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and builder gel
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
Ensure that all products used are safe and suitable for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients in English to provide excellent customer service.
Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid qualification or certification in nail technology is required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
