Overview

Join our dynamic Fulfilment Centre team as a Quality Control Specialist dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. In this vital role, you will oversee the inspection and verification processes within our fulfilment operations, guaranteeing that every item meets rigorous quality assurance protocols. Your proactive approach will help maintain operational excellence, minimize errors, and uphold customer satisfaction through meticulous quality checks and compliance with safety standards. Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of products and packaging to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures to ensure food safety compliance throughout the fulfilment process.
Perform detailed analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence through corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process enhancements and quality assurance practices.
Assist in training team members on quality protocols, safety procedures, and best practices for product handling.

Skills

Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application within a fulfilment or manufacturing environment.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions effectively.
Proven experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on process validation and compliance monitoring.
