Full job description

Sales Office Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in customer service and sales order processing to join our Sales Office Team based at Haverhill, Suffolk. This role is reports into our Sales Office Manager and requires a confident communicator to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Duties Include:

Processing customer orders via our ERP system
Dealing promptly with all customer enquiries
Log incoming complaints and ensure resolved timely and professionally
Support the Field Sales Team with queries
Organising customer deliveries, correctly booking on requested delivery date

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Schedule:

This role is contracted at 30 hours per week. We offer flexibility around working patterns, with hours to be agreed in line with our core business hours. The specific schedule can be discussed and arranged with the successful candidate to support both business and individual needs.

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Sales administration: 1 year (required)
