Full job description

Clearview Glaziers are a leading supplier and installer of high-quality windows, doors, and glass products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy office team.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers as well as coordinating daily operations. You will be responsible for scheduling installations, repairs, and service work, ensuring excellent communication between customers, engineers, and the office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls
Schedule and allocate daily jobs to fitting, repair, and service teams
Coordinate appointments and manage engineer diaries efficiently
Liaise with customers regarding appointments, quotations, and job updates
Communicate with installation teams, repair engineers, and office staff
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules where required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, job status, and customer information
Support general office administration where needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in outbound calling, scheduling, planning, or office coordination preferred but not essential
Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced office environment
Confident using CRM systems
Reliable, professional, and able to prioritise workload
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30

Salary:

£28,000 to £32,000 p/a
