Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest flow and timely service delivery
Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to elevate the guest experience

Skills

Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client records effectively
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and build lasting relationships
Proven customer service experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering or other complementary beauty treatments (nice-to-have)
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality-minded approach ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied
