The role is responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation, maintenance, and presentation of the park, ensuring high standards of safety compliance, and guest experience are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine and reactive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and planned maintenance across park buildings, accommodation, infrastructure, grounds, facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
Maintain external areas, including grass, trees, planting, fencing, touring areas, and guest spaces, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well presented.
Identify, report, and address maintenance issues and hazards promptly, escalating specialist work where required.
Complete safety and compliance checks, including fire-point inspections, and maintain accurate records.
Work safely and in accordance with company policies, Health & Safety legislation, and Hoburne standards.
Support and monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.
Assist with caravan movements, park projects, waste management, and other operational activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management, attend required meetings and training, and undertake other reasonable duties as needed.

Applicants must hold a valid full UK driving licence, as the role requires the operation of ride-on mowers, buggies, and other vehicles and equipment.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.
