Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by providing exceptional hospitality and guest services.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment

- Provide directions and answer questions about the event venue
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Assist with crowd control and manage lines or queues
- Serve food and beverages to guests, if required
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move heavy objects if required
- Prior experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
