Full job description

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused individual to join the team at Lickhill Manor Caravan Park. This varied role combines reception and bookings with day-to-day operational support across our holiday home, touring and camping park.

About the Role

· Welcome customers, touring and camping guests and holiday home sales enquiries.

· Manage reception, telephone and email enquiries, check-ins and the park booking system.

· Assist with holiday home sales and customer enquiries.

· Coordinate touring, camping, rally and group bookings, including pitch allocations.

· Manage office and operational stock, including ordering supplies and gas cylinders.

· Support the Park Managers with day-to-day operations and provide cover during periods of leave.

· Support wardens and grounds staff to maintain high standards across the park.

· Maintain relevant operational records, including COSHH documentation.

Required Skills & Qualities

· Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.

· Well organised, reliable and able to use initiative.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint would be beneficial.

· Reception, booking or holiday park experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

· Experience of holiday park booking systems would be beneficial but is not essential.

· Confident supporting colleagues and making sensible day-to-day operational decisions when required.

Working Hours

· Full-time, permanent position.

· Weekend, Bank Holiday and peak-period working is required.

· Longer working hours required during the summer, with reduced hours during the winter period.

· Flexibility is required to provide operational cover when the Park Managers are on leave.

Pay: £13.35 per hour
