Telesales Advisor

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + £5,000 - £10,000 OTE
Location: Upton Snodsbury, Worcester
Hours: Monday - Friday - Full Time

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Professional to join our high-performance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering results.

You’ll be responsible for purchasing vehicles directly from private sellers, sole traders, and fleet operators, helping us source the high-demand stock our business needs to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with inbound leads, existing customers, private sellers, sole traders, and fleet operators.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, messages, and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Identify customer needs, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Take ownership of your sales pipeline, proactively following up with leads and converting opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ongoing stock supply.
Handle customer queries and concerns, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve individual and company targets.
Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximising commercial opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, automotive sales, recruitment, estate agency, or another target-driven environment is desirable.
A confident and natural communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
Competitive, motivated, and driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
Comfortable negotiating and influencing customers to reach strong commercial outcomes.
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and workload.
Proactive attitude — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to customer service.
A genuine desire to develop, succeed, and progress within a growing business.
