Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager or Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading our culinary and hospitality operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all front of house duties, ensure exceptional service standards, and manage a talented team in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will motivate our team members, fostering a vibrant atmosphere that delights guests and promotes teamwork. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous cleanliness standards across all areas.
Manage food production processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Oversee restaurant operations, including serving guests efficiently and resolving any issues promptly.
Train new team members on culinary techniques, food safety procedures, and service protocols.

Qualifications

Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills in a hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop staff.
Hands-on experience in restaurant operations, including serving and hospitality services.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and barista practices is preferred.
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Fine dining background is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
