£45,000–£65,000+ OTE (uncapped)

The role

This is a consultative Sales Executive role where the focus is on building trust and long-term customer relationships rather than simply chasing transactions.

You’ll guide customers through the process of choosing and purchasing their next vehicle, helping them understand the options available and making the experience straightforward and enjoyable. A typical day involves balancing showroom customers, online enquiries, test drives, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations with existing customers.

The role can be fast-paced at times and requires organisation, persistence, and genuine ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to delivery and beyond.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own pipeline and customer relationships, with the freedom to develop your own approach while still benefiting from the support of an experienced team.

Earnings and rewards

This role offers strong uncapped earning potential for Sales Executives who take ownership of their results and consistently perform well.

Average earnings across the team are currently mid-£40,000s, with stronger performers regularly earning mid-£60,000s and beyond. Earnings are uncapped and directly linked to performance, meaning motivated individuals have genuine control over what they earn.

In practical terms, many team members achieve around 14 vehicles per month, while strong performers regularly deliver 20 vehicles per month or more.

The role includes a basic salary plus performance-related commission, along with the use of a company car (qualifying criteria apply).

Successful Sales Executives at Wings Škoda tend to be proactive, organised, and consistent in their follow-up with customers. They take ownership of enquiries, build long-term relationships, and manage their own pipeline rather than waiting for opportunities to appear.

They take pride in delivering a professional customer experience, maintain strong product knowledge, and achieve results through persistence, preparation, and good judgement rather than relying on pressure or shortcuts.

Development and opportunity

Training is provided both on-site and through the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes, giving you access to industry-leading development.
