At Château Noir Event Hire, we bring bold design and refined elegance to the world of luxury event rentals. Founded by industry veterans, our mission is to elevate high-end weddings, corporate galas, and bespoke events with premium designer table linens and curated tableware.

We are entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. If you want to be more than just a number and truly help shape the next stage of an ambitious, premium brand, we want to hear from you.

The Role

This isn’t just a standard packing job. Our inventory consists of high-end, delicate, and luxury items. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every piece of linen, glassware, and tableware leaves our warehouse in pristine condition and arrives at some of the most exclusive venues perfectly on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking, packing, and preparing luxury linen and tableware orders based on event manifests.
Quality Control: Inspecting inventory upon return to ensure it meets our strict luxury standards (checking for damages, staining, or wear).
Inventory Care: Assisting with linen processing (pressing/folding) and careful storage of delicate items.
Logistics Support: Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Growth & Improvement: Working closely with management to optimize warehouse layouts and processes as we scale.

A Growth Mindset: You are reliable, proactive, and genuinely excited about helping a boutique business grow to the next level.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/move event inventory boxes.
Team Player: A positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Schedule & Location

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions are available
Location: Ringway. Close to Manchester Airport
Shift: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend flexibility required during peak event season.

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
