What we are looking for:

Someone who is passionate about making a difference to the everyday life of others
A Chef who creates delicious and nutritious dishes for 5-star dining experiences
An individual to lead a highly skilled kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
Someone who is compassionate and treats others with respect

Are you able to provide the following?:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or above
A minimum of two years’ experience of professional catering and L3 Catering Qualification or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of IDDSI, menu planning and creating dishes for different diets
A desire to ensure all dining experiences are of the highest standard
Support for residents to promote choice and dignity and in preparing their own food and drink if they wish to
Support with the organisation and preparation of food for special events and celebrations
Good communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Strong understanding of food hygiene, COSHH and HACCP
