Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to serve as the vital communication bridge between residents and management. This energetic role involves fostering positive relationships, addressing resident concerns promptly, and ensuring smooth community operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for enhancing resident satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic community environment.

Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and in person
Facilitate effective communication between residents and management regarding community updates, maintenance requests, and service inquiries
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions using our in house software
Conduct data entry to update resident information, service requests, and incident reports efficiently and accurately
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing community notices or newsletters
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while handling inquiries and resolving issues promptlyRequirements

Experience

Prior office experience with strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills complemented by professional phone etiquette
Previous experience in customer service or resident relations in the social housing sector is highly advantageous.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Familiarity with basic office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
