Job Introduction

You will join as a Room Attendant, ensuring our guest rooms are beautifully presented, comfortable and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and pride in your work play a key part in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and present guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to consistently high standards
Change bed linen, restock amenities and follow property presentation guidelines
Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns promptly
Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a tidy, organised state
Support linen movement, replenishment and room readiness during busy periods
Demonstrate warm, professional interactions when encountering guests
Follow all cleaning procedures, COSHH, manual handling and safety protocols

Person Specification

Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively
Comfortable handling manual, repetitive and physical tasks
Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent service
Friendly, respectful approach when interacting with guests and colleagues
Able to work independently while contributing positively to the team
