Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accommodation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Student Accomodation. In this role, you will ensure seamless management of accommodation services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of property upkeep. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment for residents driving satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain accurate data entry of resident or guest information using property management software such as Yardi.
Oversee administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair requests promptly and efficiently.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries, bookings, or complaints to uphold a positive reputation.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience within property management
Prior Student Accomodation or Hotel experience preferred.
Demonstrated administrative experience managing schedules, reports, and correspondence effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude towards upselling additional services.
Knowledge of hospitality or residential accommodation operations is preferred but not mandatory.
