Compass Community School is a small, specialist independent school for primary and secondary students who have already faced a great deal of adversity in their short lives. we require a teacher who is versatile and can teach across the curriculum , this role will suit a primary or secondary trained teacher.

Person Specification

Must have UK QTS
Experienced SEN Teachers only, at least 2 years
Excellent subject knowledge including SEN
You will need to have a proven track record of delivering high quality lessons
Passionate, positive & team player required
Confident & strong classroom management skills
