Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be adept at sales management, and have excellent communication abilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team while maintaining high standards of service.

Duties

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with staff to provide clear instructions and feedback.
Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on sales techniques and customer engagement.
Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are an advantage.
Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
Demonstrated ability in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and suppliers.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
