Job Summary

WE HAVE 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE, WITH TWO DIFFERENT SHIFT OPTIONS TO SUIT THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.

1ST SHIFT - 8AM -5.30PM

LATE SHIFT - 5PM - 1AM

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master/Senior Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance. Your expertise will help uphold safety standards, improve efficiency, and support the seamless functioning of our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to apply advanced mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, including assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
Interpret schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repair procedures and ensure proper assembly of components.
Carry out heavy lifting and physical tasks required for equipment installation, replacement, or overhaul projects.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills

Strong understanding of schematics, mechanical knowledge, and assembly processes.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and heavy lifting procedures.
Experience with equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams or external clients regarding repair status or technical issues.
Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy machinery operation and maintenance activities.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for efficient repairs.
Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement in mechanical skills.
