Full job description

Hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 4)
£30,830 + an additional £2,000 p.a for weekends

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

Your Role:

To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer
To work within our service level agreements
Answer calls promptly and professionally

The successful candidate:

Experience in a similar role
Previous geographical routing experience
Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changes
Familiarity with call-handling software
Good level of computer literacy
