Multi-Drop Delivery OSM 2.0 – Up to £1,280 per week

Basildon | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Join our fast-paced delivery team as a Multi-Drop Delivery OSM (On-Site Manager). We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong delivery and fleet management experience to oversee daily operations, support drivers, and ensure smooth, efficient performance every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead morning load-out and ensure all vans are road-ready.

Provide on-road support for drivers throughout their shifts.

Mentor, train, and motivate delivery drivers to achieve top performance.

Monitor fleet and driver performance, ensuring safety and compliance.

Support management with reports and operational improvements.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience as a Lead Driver, Delivery Supervisor, or Fleet Manager.

Proven delivery or logistics supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Physically fit and able to handle parcels up to 23kg.

Flexible availability (including weekends).
