Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and secretarial support.
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, telephone calls and correspondence professionally.
Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and reports.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Assist with data entry, research and general office administration.
Support business projects and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Undertake any other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Smethwick B66 4NF
