Full job description

Job Description:

We are a print and design company based in Belfast City Centre, specialising in digital print, wide format print, graphic design and branding. We are in the process of expanding our company and need a new member in our team.

You'll be working directly with our clients, so you'll need to be able to communicate clearly and work under pressure. Knowledge of the printing industry isn’t essential as we will help you develop your skills as your roll develops.
Reporting to the directors, you will enjoy a varied role and will be a core member of a small team.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Dealing with customers face to face, via telephone, email, and social media
Answering and re-directing calls to other members of staff where necessary
Replying to all appropriate emails in a timely manner
Supplying quotes for both existing and potential clients
Pro-actively follow up quotations with the aim of converting to sales
Maintain the customer database
Assist in the production room as and when required
Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries
Follow up on production status and update customers when required
Compile mailing lists
Entering invoices into accounting software package
Assist with packing and dispatching orders, always maintaining a high standard for guaranteed customer satisfaction
Credit Control
Maintain a clear and clean appearance to the “front of house”,

ensuring office is clean and tidy

Any other duties deemed a requirement for the role

The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following:

A good strong team ethic and willingness to 'pitch in', whenever necessary
Good organisation skills and a responsible attitude
An eye for detail and quality control
A confident manor in both speaking to customers directly and over the phone
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Mathematics or equivalent
Good communication skills - Excellent in spoken and written English
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent in your standard of customer service
IT literate – A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
A knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) is an advantage but not essential
Well presented.
Willing to learn & develop new skills
