ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading our Bexleyheath restaurant. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, inspiring your team, delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and helping drive the restaurant’s commercial success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead shifts and ensure exceptional customer service.
Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and operational standards.
Manage labour, scheduling, stock and inventory.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Support marketing initiatives and opening/closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and company policies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous hospitality management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service focus.
Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
A minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience is essential for this role.
