Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Guest Relation Executive to join our esteemed hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a warm demeanour, and the ability to handle guest enquiries with efficiency and courtesy. The Guest Relation Executive will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our organisation’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing relevant information about services and facilities.
Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the booking system.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalise future services.
Promote hotel amenities, special offers, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality at all times.

Skills

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in two or more languages is preferred.
Bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage in communicating with diverse guests.
Excellent phone etiquette with clear articulation and professional demeanour.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Organised with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Good organisational skills to manage reservations and guest records efficiently.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
