Full job description

LOCATION: Birmingham - B7 (shopping centre)

POSITION: Cleaning Operative

Pay: £12.71

Days: 8 hour shifts, 24 to 48 hours per week

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Mopping, sweeping, dusting, window cleaning, communal area, and dealing with general and recycling bins.
Assisting the other team members when required.
Rearranging tasks to cover absences and prioritise areas.
Advise helpdesk/maintenance of any building issues encountered.
To clean exterior (full uniform to be provided for all types of weather)

Skills Required

Resilience under pressure
Good communication skills
Ability to use radio
Good customer service
Ability to work to laid-down schedules
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative

Documents/Information Required

You will need a 3-year checkable background
Driving Licence (essential)
Provide documentation which demonstrates your eligibility to work within the UK

Experience

Previous experience will be preferred
