Job Overview
We are working in enrgy efficiency and renewable market. We are dealing with customers every day under MCS customer commitment and help them to generate their own energy.We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a passion for helping others. This position offers an opportunity to develop your professional skills within a supportive environment, contributing significantly to our company's reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management systems
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints promptly
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Follow established phone etiquette protocols to ensure clear and respectful communication
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share best practices

Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
