Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Fridays (37.5Hrs) 7am-3pm Mon-Thurs and 7am-12.30 Friday

We're now looking for a Process Standards Coordinator,

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Operational Documentation — Develop, write, and maintain high‑quality operational work instructions that support consistent and efficient processes across the organisation.
Training Standards Auditing — Support and conduct audits to ensure colleagues follow established training standards and operational procedures.
Training Material Compliance — Review and audit training materials to ensure they meet internal quality requirements, regulatory expectations, and compliance standards.
Training Delivery — Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to ensure colleagues are confident and competent in operational processes.
Continuous Improvement — Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within training content, documentation, and operational standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration — Work closely with operational teams, quality leads, and management to align training and documentation with business needs.
Reporting & Record Management — Maintain accurate records of training activities, audits, and compliance checks, providing clear reporting to leadership.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

Work Instruction Expertise — Ability to create, update, and maintain clear, accurate work instructions that support consistent operational performance.
Strong Communication Skills — Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to explain processes clearly to colleagues at all levels.
Attention to Detail — High level of accuracy and thoroughness when documenting processes, reviewing materials, and supporting audits.
Warehouse Operations Knowledge — Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential and helps with understanding operational workflows.
Administration Experience — Essential background in administrative tasks, including documentation control, record keeping, and process organisation.
Process‑Focused Mindset — Comfortable working within structured procedures and supporting continuous improvement across operational standards.
Collaborative Approach — Ability to work closely with training teams, operational colleagues, and management to ensure alignment and consistency.
