Full job description

About the Role

You will help ensure that products are accurately presented online, orders move smoothly from purchase through fulfilment, and operational issues are identified and resolved quickly. You will work closely with commercial, customer service, marketing, and fulfilment teams to maintain an efficient and reliable e-commerce operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, stock information, and promotional updates across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor daily online orders and help resolve issues relating to payment, stock availability, fulfilment, delivery, cancellations, and returns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support accurate and timely order processing.
Review website and marketplace activity to identify operational issues that may affect customer experience or sales performance.
Support promotional campaigns by ensuring offers, product information, and pricing are correctly implemented.
Monitor inventory information and flag potential stock shortages, overselling risks, or listing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate product and order data across internal systems and online sales channels.
Prepare regular reports covering order volumes, cancellations, returns, fulfilment performance, and other relevant e-commerce metrics.
Assist with testing updates to online stores, product pages, checkout processes, and operational workflows.
Respond to internal queries relating to e-commerce orders, products, pricing, and customer transactions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the accuracy and efficiency of online operations.
Support marketplace administration and ensure company standards are consistently maintained across digital sales channels.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace operations, customer operations, sales administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of online ordering and fulfilment processes.
Strong attention to detail when working with product, pricing, inventory, and customer information.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms, and business systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicating with colleagues across different departments.
Able to investigate operational issues and follow them through to resolution.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with reporting tools, Excel, or similar spreadsheet software would be beneficial., efficient, and easier for the wider team.

Pay: £2,800.00-£3,000.00 per month
