Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Lettings coordinator to join our team. . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a proactive attitude towards building client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their career within the property industry.

Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in renting properties, offering professional advice and guidance.
Negotiate terms between tenants, and landlords to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, contracts, and correspondence related to lettings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction progress from initial enquiry to move in. .

Skills

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively for clients and the company.
Proactive approach with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanour at all times.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about property sales and lettings who thrive on delivering outstanding service while developing their professional expertise within a supportive environment.
