Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised PA & Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines administrative support with sales coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client interactions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key part in supporting the Head of Sales, handling correspondence, and assisting with sales processes to drive house sale completions in a timely manner. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and sales skills within a vibrant work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff, including managing calendars, scheduling viewing, liaising with solicitors and coordinating meetings.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
Keeping up to date timeline information on key internal systems.
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient and well-stocked.

Experience

Proven administrative experience in an office environment with a strong understanding of clerical procedures is essential
Estate agency experience desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and collaboration.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise asks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
Previous office experience involving clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and record management is preferred.

Join us in this engaging role where your organizational talents will support our team’s success while offering you valuable experience in administration and sales! This role offers hybrid working, with hours 9am -3pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be offered on a pro rata basis (based on full time salary range highlighted in the advert).

First round interview screening via zoom and then second interviews held with the Head of Sales.

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
