Full job description

Serenity inmind provides support, to individuals with a range of disabilities and complex needs, in particular those with autistic spectrum disorder ,Learning disabilities and mental health, assisting the individual's to live as independently as possible as respected members of their local community.

As the office administrator you will be based at our head office within Leicester city town centre.

Main Duties:

To carry out general admin duties, including answering telephone calls, sending letters/emails.
Processing staff timesheets..
Updating staff files.
Recruitment process- Dealing with application requests, requesting references.
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form

Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge/experience of the health and social care sector

Hours of work: Monday to Friday ,9am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time
