Job Summary

If you are a motivated leader and want to make a meaningful impact on individuals lives, this is your chance to join our team! We are seeking for a strong and experienced Registered Manager to lead the daily operations of our supported living service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff, ensuring high standards of safe, and able to run the services efficiently.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review person centred support plans designed to individual needs.
Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive and effective team environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, CQC standards, and organisational policies.
Oversee medication administration processes in line with legal requirements.
Coordinate staff training and ongoing professional development.
Monitor quality assurance processes and implement improvements where necessary.
Cooperate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Maintain accurate documentation, staff rotas, including care and compliance records.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a management role within supported living or adult social care services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance standards.
Experience in managing staff, rotas, and service delivery.
Strong communication, organisation and documentation skills.
Able to work under pressure, manage priorities and record-keeping standards.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards it.

Additional Requirements

Right to work in the UK.
Eligible to register with the CQC as a Registered Manager.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references prior to appointment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
