Overview

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following all food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving correct change
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with legal alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, managing time effectively to serve all customers promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold food safety standards and create a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for customer service is essential
Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol serving practices is highly desirable
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service regulations
