Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating smooth transactions. The Estate Agent will play a vital role in building client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance
Conduct property viewings and open house events to showcase available properties
Prepare and present property listings, including descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and properties
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property transactions
Organise appointments, follow-ups, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication with clients
Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local area developments to provide informed advice

Experience

Previous administrative experience is esential.
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues
Multilingual abilities are considered an asset to assist a diverse client base
Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple clients and property listings efficiently
Experience in sales or customer service roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
