With more than 100 branches established and over 60 new locations opening across France and internationally, GoldUnion has become the leading name in gold buying and selling.

We have recently expanded into the UK with our agencies now open in Bishop's Stortford (Hertfordshire), and Bognor Regis ( West Sussex ), our next opening scheduled in Chippenham.

GoldUnion is recruiting in Chippenham!
No prior experience or qualifications required . Full training is provided from day one.
We are looking for our next Gold Hunter to manage our elegantly designed boutique, located right in the heart of the town.
Your mission: to grow sales and enhance GoldUnion’s presence in your local area.
We’ll count on your personal qualities and provide you with our expert training and support.

Your main responsibilities:

Manage and operate your agency independently.
Assess and purchase precious metals from individual clients.
Ensure smooth operations and excellent presentation of your branch using your interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Increase sales through a pre-defined marketing strategy in collaboration with your regional manager.
Recruit and supervise a small local team distributing leaflets and promotional material.

You present a smart and professional image, with a clear and confident communication style. Friendly, motivated, and full of energy, you reflect the values we seek in our team.

Recognised for your excellent client relationship skills and perseverance, you thrive on challenges and are always keen to identify and explore new commercial opportunities. Your proactive mindset and dynamic approach make you a strong asset in a results-driven, customer-focused environment.

We’re looking for:

Proven experience in sales and/or client advising.
A passion for commercial negotiation.
Willingness to travel occasionally using your personal vehicle (approx. 5–6 home visits per year).
Availability Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30AM–1:30PM / 2:30PM–6:00PM.

What we offer:

Attractive pay: base salary + uncapped commission based on branch profit.
Average net monthly salary: £2,880.
Full training as a Precious Metals Expert.
50% reimbursement of transport costs.
Autonomy in your role with tailored support from head office.
