OMG Assistant Managers lead their teams from the front to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility. Benefits:

● Competitive salary -£28,000 - £30,000 base,with an additional £2,500 on-target earnings (OTE).

What you will do & who you will be?

● Provide key support to the General Manager, assisting in the day to day running of the venue

● Maximise key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standards

● Have an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success – always leading by example

● Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback/develop promotional ideas to drive through the team

● Be proactive and take responsibility for your own personal development
