Full job description

Bryan and Keegan is an Estate Agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operate efficiently. We are seeking a skilled and experienced or traniee Property Manager to join our team and help look after our portfolio of clients.

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This includes tenancy creation, progression, property management and maintenance, contractor management, rent collection, tenant relations and property inspections. The ideal candidate will have some experience in property management or a background in administration with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenancy Management - Oversee the creation and progression of tenancies.
Frequently arranging and Conducting Property Inspections
Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Handle tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee rent collection, tracking payments, issuing statements, and addressing any payment issues.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation.
Organise and track the progression of all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

Some experience in property management or estate agency is beneficial.
If not - experience in administration and organisational roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
UK driver’s license is desirable.
