Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday | Near Ormskirk

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team at GaraDry Ltd.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing, well-established business where you’ll be a valued member of the team. Previous warehouse experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided, what’s most important to us is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a great work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch
Handling products and parcels weighing up to 30kg
Receiving incoming deliveries, checking goods and allocating them to the correct warehouse areas
Keeping the warehouse organised and prepared for incoming and outgoing deliveries
Carrying out regular stock checks to help maintain accurate inventory levels
Booking shipments and printing shipping labels using handheld scanners and warehouse computers
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and free from hazards
Following health and safety procedures when handling products and equipment
Correctly disposing of recyclable and non-recyclable packaging

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic, dependable and motivated
Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
Is willing to learn and develop new skills
Can use their own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
Is organised and able to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
Has a good awareness of health and safety
Is friendly, polite and works well with others
Is comfortable with the physical aspects of a warehouse role

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence would also be beneficial, but is not essential for the role.

36 hours per week
No weekend working

Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
