Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across diverse teams. In this role, you will drive project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and milestones using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft softwares.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks while maintaining clear communication channels.
Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Manage project budgets and schedules meticulously, utilizing effective time management strategies to optimize productivity.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and achievements for stakeholders and senior management.
Oversee the use of Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination when applicable, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, align expectations, and foster collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 project scheduling software is essential for planning and tracking progress.
Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil infrastructure design coordination is preferred.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey project objectives and updates across all levels of the organization.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
